When you decide to build a web site, what do you expect from your web designers? How long will it take? How much control do you have and who are you dealing with anyway?

Firstly, here's who 'we' are. SamL Design Ltd is Sam Lorenzelli, a web designer who imagined that one day he would turn his small business into a 'real' company and employ lots of people ... thankfully he met enough employers whose hair was in varying stages of stress-thinning to make a lasting impression and so the associate business model was adopted. It's worked "reet nice" too...
